The story of Anchor & Ascent Coaching is woven from seasons of seeking, courage, and deep conviction that transformation anchored in faith truly lasts.

Like many believers, there were times when I knew what was true but still found myself struggling with patterns that were difficult to break. Outwardly things appeared steady, but inwardly I wrestled with thoughts and beliefs that kept me from fully stepping into the identity God had given me.

Through seasons of prayer, reflection, and intentional study of both Scripture and mindset renewal, I began to understand something powerful: lasting change happens when truth moves from something we simply know to something we practice and live out daily.

Renewing the mind is not a one-time event—it is a process.

It requires grace, structure, and support.

My background includes formal coaching certification through an ICF CCE-accredited program, but some of the most meaningful lessons have come through years of walking alongside others as they pursue growth and transformation.

 

From that experience, I developed the ROOTED Framework™, a structured approach designed to help believers identify limiting beliefs, renew their thinking through biblical truth, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
