The Free 15-Minute Discovery Call is a short, no-pressure conversation where we can connect and explore whether coaching with Anchor & Ascent Coaching would be a good fit for you. This call is not a full coaching session, but it gives us the opportunity to: • Talk about what you're currently navigating or hoping to change • Explore the goals or growth areas that matter most to you • Discuss how my ROOTED Framework™ supports mindset renewal and identity alignment • Answer any questions you may have about the coaching process or available programs My approach to coaching is supportive, structured, and grounded in both biblical principles and practical mindset strategies.
